Saverio also Known as (Sav) is a Licensed Estate Agent and has also been involved as a sales Consultant during his many years of serving the community, with extensive expertise and knowledge of the property industry which spans over 15 years in Melbourne’s inner west and across all of Victoria, Saverio’ s results and accomplishments over his career truly speak for themselves.
With a strong work ethic, honest and friendly approach, and attention to detail that is almost unmatched, Saverio is never one to rest on his laurels. He is always finding ways to improve his skill set, and still has a passion for the industry and desire to continue to learn and develop while continuing to help others achieve financial freedom by choosing to invest within the Real Estate sector.
The satisfaction of helping people and guiding them through their investment process is what drives Saverio. Knowing that my clients start from Owning one property and little about real estate investing to then maximising their return and adding to their property portfolio, this is his motivation.
Saverio’ s career in full force. He has been with local Agenises at the beginning of his career, & moved on to work for large high-end corporate offices located within Carlton, Melbourne CBD, South Melbourne Albert Park, St Kilda, Elwood, Brighton & Toorak areas. Saverio transformed their rental department to the point of them being able to Manage 5000 to 7000 rental properties before leaving to move back where it all started for him many years ago! Saverio now has the experience to manage all types of properties and anywhere in Victoria and an absolute super start when it comes to VCAT, New rental laws 2021 ACT, minimum standards & Compliance checks.
Saverio has also been lucky enough to manage properties for A list Celebrities both as landlords & as Tenant’s. Saverio started all this when he was 20 years of age and has been outstanding in the fashion he operates in, he has achieved so much within 15 years of Real Estate and he now wants to help others achieve it!
